I turn overseas creator spend
into a system you can actually measure.

Six months, 184 creators, 372 published videos, 6.32M impressions across YouTube and Discord. My job wasn't just getting content live — it was making every dollar accountable on both a 7-day and a 60-day window.

One experience · four angles (click to reframe)

My core lane is overseas KOL growth — creator sourcing, rate negotiation, weekly reviews and ROI attribution. I define the problem with data before spending on it.

6.32M impressions, 184 creators, 372 videos in six months. Impressions are the starting line — what I track is how many of those people came back and paid.

I ran the whole loop solo: sourcing, negotiation, publishing cadence, R7 / R60 payback. When weekly budget scaled from $900 to $12K, it scaled on validated per-video return.

I turned 25 weeks of spend data into a dashboard that speaks for itself: 11 interactive charts, dual-window ROI, and a before/after view of the Discord campaign.

I kept 84 channels on schedule, and used repeat rate and return per video — not price — to decide who got the next slot.

How I work

Four moves, role-agnostic

01 / Define

Agree on the metric

What counts as a return, and over what window — settle it before touching budget.

02 / Break down

Segment to attribute

Split results by channel × creator × period to find which layer actually moved ROI.

03 / Decide

Validate small

Run a 4-week test first; scale or cut based on return per video.

04 / Systematize

Make it reusable

Turn findings into templates and dashboards so the next run starts ahead.
